Job Description

Title: Transportation DispatcherDuration:3 MonthsLocation:Springdale ARRate: $21/hour (W2)Shifts AvailableWednesday Friday every other Saturday 8:00 PM 8:00 AMTraining: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM for at least 3 weeksSaturday Monday 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (occasional Friday shifts available)Training: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM for at least 3 weeksSummary:TheCustomer Service Associate (CSA)serves as the main point of contact between the supply chain and assigned external customers. This role manages relationships by becoming familiar with customer needs processes and procedures and partnering with the Sales team to provide exceptional service for all accounts.Full DescriptionAct as the primary contact between the companys supply chain and assigned customers.Manage all aspects of the customer relationship including analyzing incoming emails and providing prompt resolutions.Build and maintain positive effective relationships with key internal contacts.Use multiple dispatch systems (TES LME FourKites OTR) and external scheduling systems (Retailix Retail Link UNFI One Network etc.) to resolve issues across all business units.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal policies procedures and software applications.Stay informed about customer organizational structures procedures and other relevant details.Identify cost-effective solutions to meet both company and customer needs.Develop creative solutions to resolve issues that impact delivery performance and customer satisfaction.RequirementsEducation:Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or transportation/logistics.Experience:Customer service experience beyond a traditional call center environment.Dispatch experience in transportation/logistics is a plus.Computer Skills:Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.Ability to manage high-volume email communication (up to or exceeding 300 emails per day).Communication & Soft Skills:Strong written oral and interpersonal skills.Conflict management and negotiation skills.Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude.Strong problem-solving abilities.For more details reach at or Call / Text at .
