Travel Advisor Specialist
As a Travel Advisor Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, managing inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence. Utilizing a suite of web-based tools, you will efficiently resolve inquiries to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about service delivery in a high-velocity environment.

Your responsibilities include handling and responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, working with confidential customer information, escalating interactions when necessary, and tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 2 years experience in a travel agency with experience in Sabre GDS, being 18 years of age or older, ability to type at least 25 words per minute, comfortable with desktop computer systems, and general knowledge of Windows-based systems. Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred, and a college degree is preferred but not required.

Work from home requirements include a dedicated workspace near your router to support a hardwired Ethernet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload, ISP under 50ms). Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN. Proof of internet speed required.
