Weekend REQ: 2 weekends a month
Certs REQ: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's
