JOB DESCRIPTION

Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Long Term Care Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Lowville, NY. Shift: 4x10 hr days Start Date: 03/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $2706 / Week

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long Term Care (LTC) team. The RN will provide high‑quality nursing care to residents, support daily clinical operations, and ensure compliance with all facility and regulatory standards. This role involves monitoring resident conditions, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state

Minimum 1 year of LTC/SNF experience preferred

Strong assessment, documentation, and critical‑thinking skills

Ability to manage multiple residents and work in a fast-paced environment

Current BLS/CPR certification

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
