No locals within 75 mile radiusMust be able to pass facility background check.MOAB certification is required, if the traveler does not already have the MOAB certification, they will receive the 4 hour de escalation course during their first week. If they do not pass; their contract may be up for cancellation.*COVID vaccination required - religious and medical exemptions accepted with completion of COVID exemption form, signed by a provider for medicalYears of experience REQ: 1First-timers accepted: Yes; with prior experience preferredWeekend REQ: every otherCerts REQ: BLS, ACLS, MOAB (facility will provide)Open to accommodating block schedule?
