JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support night-shift nursing staff across both facilities.
Serve as on-site clinical and administrative leader.
Float between Gold Beach and Brookings based on operational needs.
Provide direct patient care when staffing or acuity demands intervention.
Coordinate patient flow and ensure safe care delivery.
Respond to emergencies, evaluate staffing requirements, and manage resource allocation.
Maintain compliance with facility protocols, policies, and documentation standards.]
Licensure
Active Oregon RN License
Certifications
BLS – Basic Life Support
ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support
NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program
TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Course
