Travel Nurse - RN - LTC - Long Term Care - $2326 / Week - Hiring Now at Lancesoft
JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Charge Nurse) for our Skilled Nursing (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. This role supports the Director in achieving departmental goals and provides leadership as a Charge Nurse, quality management coordinator, and unit resource. The Charge Nurse also provides administrative backup support in the Director’s absence.
- The RN is responsible for coordinating and directing total nursing care for an assigned group of residents/patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. This role includes patient/resident and family education and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. The RN is directly accountable to the Director of Nursing (D.O.N.) or designee and must maintain strict patient/resident privacy and confidentiality.
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- License: Active State of Maine or Compact RN License
- Certification: Current BLS required
- Skills: Leadership experience, strong assessment and care coordination skills, ability to supervise and support nursing staff
