Traveling Project Manager Automotive Retail Construction at Turner & Townsend

Turner & Townsend is currently seeking a driven focused and qualified Project Manager to support the delivery of projects to our Automotive Retail clients. The position is a primarily field-based role that is dedicated to delivering multiple projects within each region located across the USA. This role has regional travel must be located near the Nashville Airport and can sit in the Franklin TN office frequently. Manage the implementation of clients Visual Identity standards in line with client requirementsManage client teams including architects engineers and supply chain to deliver brand-compliant projectsAnalyze track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slipVerify that effective project governance processes and systems are utilizedEnsure application of best practice on all projectsProduction of formal project status reports and other reports as requiredMonitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are being applied correctlyManage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviewsManage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communicationsForecast and update key project milestonesManage and monitor local design teams in accordance with client and commission criteriaProvide technical support to owners architects general contractors and regional stakeholdersRapid response to RFIsIndependent review of status reports drawing submittals and schedules provided from architects contractors and suppliersSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role which are to be adhered to where applicable.Qualifications : Bachelors degree in construction management architecture engineering or field related to construction. 4 years experience at General Contractor or Architectural firm ideal.A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience. Proactive organized and thorough with a strong work ethic. Work as an effective and collaborative team member in delivering the project. Exposure to project management software systems.  Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Google tools. Strong communication skills.  Ability to travel up to approximately 50%Additional Information : Salary range is $100000 - $110000*On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our clients needs.Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
