Job Description
Our client, a global medical device manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to join their Global Treasury team in a contract role for approximately one year. Based in Waltham, Massachusetts and reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, this role will focus on hands-on treasury and cash management activities for our North America entities. The Treasury Analyst role will work a hybrid schedule in Waltham, MA. In addition to day-to-day operations, the Treasury Analyst will contribute to strategic global initiatives aimed at optimizing treasury processes and practices.Key Responsibilities Execute daily cash management operations for North America entities. Lead regular short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting for the U.S. and Canada, ensuring high forecast accuracy. Manage intercompany loans and ensure appropriate liquidity across entities and bank accounts. Serve as a key Treasury contact for internal teams and external partners. Maintain bank documentation, user access, and signatory records. Support onboarding of new banking partners and oversee ongoing management of existing accounts. Prepare regular and ad-hoc treasury reports and analysis. Evaluate treasury performance and contribute insights for process improvement.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Approximately 3 years of treasury or cash management experience in a multinational corporate environment. Professional certifications (CTP, ACT, CFA, CPA) are a plus. Strong hands-on treasury and cash management expertise. Ability to balance business acumen with functional treasury knowledge.
