Treasury Management Sales AssociateLocation: Corporate Office - Las Vegas, NV (On-site)We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Treasury Management Sales Associate to join our team. This role provides critical support to our Treasury Management Sales Officers and plays an integral part in delivering exceptional client experiences. Position is located at our corporate office in Las Vegas and is fully in office. Essential Functions: Conduct pre-call research, prepare proposals, and assist in gathering client information for sales documentation. Act as a liaison between clients, Sales Officers, and the implementation team to ensure a seamless onboarding and implementation process. Maintain a strong understanding of the Treasury Management portfolio to effectively analyze and support client decisions. Provides backup support for Sales Officers, including participating in joint sales calls with Sales Officers and Relationship Managers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is typically required, with experience in treasury management products, banking, sales, or customer service. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Working knowledge of banking services, customer service principles, sales processes, and electronic payment systems. Strong customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, and proficiency with PC applications. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, resolve issues, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
