Additionally as a division of Zions Bancorporation the bank has collected multiple Greenwich Excellence Awards for Overall Client Satisfaction in Small Business & Middle Market Excellence Awards.We are looking for aTreasury Management Sales Consultant in Los Angeles or Irvine CA.Essential Functions:Responsible for expanding and building relationships maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by generating managing and servicing the treasury needs of clients. Drive growth through consultative selling cross-functional collaboration and strategic expansion of existing relationships.Track client-related issues to resolution including those handed off to other teams for action and ensure client issues are resolved appropriately and expeditiously.Escalate issues as necessary with bankers management and product/vendor management teams.Responsible for properly aligning loan clients with treasury products which fit their ongoing needs.Identify other client banking needs and partner with key stakeholders on cross sell opportunities.Facilitates onboarding of major client relationships or complex industry types.Review sales service and implementation processes to recommend process efficiencies.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Requires a bachelors in business finance or related field and some banking treasury/cash management product sales relationship management lending or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.Basic knowledge of banking treasury management banking/treasury products and procedures.
