We offer a unique opportunity to join a growing, community and client-focused company that is firmly rooted in its core values.ResponsibilitiesThe Product Consultant: Commercial Cards will serve as the subject matter expert for the bank's commercial credit cards, aiding with new sales and primarily responsible for portfolio optimization processes. This position will work with the Card product management team to review program performance, partnering with Treasury Management sales representatives to provide clients with strategic roadmaps to increase card usage. As an extension of sales, this position will be responsible for identifying requirements to enhance the card product and will be responsible for revenue growth for the solution. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $98,400 - $199,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled. Factors may include but are not limited to: previous Commercial Card experience, depth and breadth of previous or current institution size - the same role for many years or a variety of roles in the same space over a number of years, skills, knowledge, previous performance and success factors, proven ability to achieve sales targets year over year, education/certification, length of time in Treasury Management industry and Corporate Credit Cart similar growth to existing portfolios. Key Measures of Success/Key Deliverables Favorable new sales production metricsFavorable portfolio growth metricsFeedback from sales team partnersQualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications or related field or HS diploma/GED with equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.5+ years of experience in Treasury Management Product Management, specifically Commercial Cards strongly preferredExperience in financial services, ideally in Commercial products and servicesAbility to successfully collaborate with cross-functional teams made up of business line stakeholders, user experience, sales, technology, operations, customer service, risk management, legal/compliance, and data teamsGreat attention to detail, thoroughness, and soundness in written documentation as well as in the analytical review of dataComfortable operating in a change driven environmentAbility to build relationships with business line partners, stakeholders, technology leadership, and external partnersAnticipates, identifies, and articulates potential issues and opportunities and effectively respondsProven ability to manage processes improvement initiatives to optimize effectiveness and efficiencies --- identifying existing, enhancing for improvement, and implementing new processesDemonstrated ability to develop, consult and execute short-term and long-term strategies related to effective and flexible use of people, systems, structures, processes.Demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical concepts so that they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives.Manage and optimize the end-to-end product cycle to reduce overall fulfillment timeline and to ensure actions items are completed on time and on budget.May develop training materials and perform training sessions, as needed, for internal team members as it relates to product management initiatives.Excellent organizational skills are required, including the capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities while consistently achieving desired outcomes.Demonstrated proficiency and efficacy as an end-to-end problem solver (defining problems, structuring, and building quantitative / qualitative analysis, etc.) to operationalize the business strategy effectivelyBest in class communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
