Our Technology, Disruptive Commerce & Internet verticals support companies from early stage through IPO, partnering with founders, finance leaders, and operators as they scale breakthroughs from lab to market.Job Responsibilities Execute the regional vision and strategy of Treasury Payments across the Innovation Economy's Technology, Disruptive Commerce & Internet verticals, aligned to market dynamics, client needs, and product capabilitiesLead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Treasury Management Officers, Associates, and Analysts; build a strong bench and inclusive cultureCoach for outcomes: drive pipeline discipline, consultative selling, and team execution through active performance management and recognitionPartner across the firm with Bankers, Client Service, Product (Core Cash, Card, and Commerce Solutions), and Implementation to deliver seamless end-to-end client journeysElevate our client impact by translating treasury and payments capabilities into measurable value (speed, control, insight, and scalability) for Technology, Disruptive Commerce & Internet clientsRepresent the business internally in partner forums; communicate priorities and key treasury management messages clearly and consistentlyManage risk with rigor by applying sound controls and ensuring adherence to regulatory and policy requirementsBuild and execute integrated strategies spanning client coverage, market growth, talent, and business performanceRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of sales leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build, direct, and manage a sales/relationship management team of similar size and scope7+ years of sales and/or relevant industry experienceStrong knowledge of treasury and payments products/solutions, fintechs, third party-money flows, venture-backed ecosystem, and the ability to lead teams in consultative, value-based sellingA builder mindset: high ownership, strong collaboration, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-evolving client segmentCommitment to an inclusive, team-oriented cultureExcellent relationship management skills and executive presenceStrong communication skills, including the ability to present to large groupsProven ability to coach sales behaviors and drive consistent, high-quality executionPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and LLM toolsBachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferredSuperior analytical and quantitative skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsThis position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
