Job Details Sharonville OH Full Time High School Nonprofit - Social Services Treatment Advocate:Hamilton CountyCompensation:$43500 to $44500 annually commensurate with experience. This is a full-time benefits eligible position.Flexible scheduling Office hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Requires at least one evening availability per week Ability to accommodate client schedulesNational Youth Advocate Program seeks a dedicated Treatment Advocate to support diverse client populations across Hamilton County providing comprehensive support and case management services.ResponsibilitiesSupport clients across various populations including children and adultsProvide step-down support from intensive treatment programsReinforce therapeutic strategies and coping skillsConduct monthly medication compliance appointmentsVerify medication effectiveness and report any concerns to healthcare providersPerform comprehensive case managementConnect clients with community resources and additional support servicesMaintain detailed documentation of client interactions and progressClient Population:Children and adults with diverse mental health needsClients transitioning from intensive treatment programsIndividuals requiring ongoing support and resource coordinationMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma2 years experience working directly with youth and families is preferred.Works well independently and as a team memberOpenness to traveling as needed.Working reliable telephone.Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers smart phones and tablets printers fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing spreadsheet and database programs.Driving and Vehicle RequirementsValid drivers licenseReliable personal transportationGood driving recordMinimum automobile insurance coverage of $100000/$300000 bodily injury liabilityApply today! listed are for eligible employees as outlined by our benefit policy.
