Requirements:Experience in a clinical mental/behavioral health settingPassion for working with youthMaster’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field, or enrollment in a Doctorate programLicensed, pre-licensed, or able to transfer license in relevant fields in the service stateExperience with individual, family, or group therapy, especially around mental health, substance abuse, eating disorders, or traumaResponsibilities:Provide therapy addressing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and co-occurring disordersMaintain detailed clinical documentationConduct clinical interviews with clients and families, sharing relevant information with the teamBuild rapport throughout a 28-35 day treatment processAssist with aftercare and discharge planning, collaborating with families and clinical teams
