Youll help patients say YES to that transformation.This role is perfect for someone who:Loves building trust quicklyIs emotionally intelligent and naturally persuasiveCan talk about money comfortablyCan guide someone from Im just here for a consult to Im ready-lets do it.Core Responsibilities:Be the welcoming confident first impression of our practiceLead new patient consultations alongside our orthodontistClearly communicate treatment plans and financial optionsBuild and maintain strong patient relationships-online and in-personProactively follow up on unscheduled casesKeep accurate records and provide monthly conversion stats to the office managerSupport daily communication between doctor patient and teamSkills & Experience:Sales hospitality or patient-facing service experience requiredExcellent communication skills-verbal written and emotionalStrong follow-through and ownership mindsetPrevious dental/orthodontic experience is a plus but not required.
