Job Details Warren OH Full Time 4 Year Degree Nonprofit - Social ServicesDescription Treatment Foster Care CoordinatorPay: ; Licensed (LSW): This is a community based position. Travels daily to provide community basedservices to and on behalf of youth andfamilies incompliance with organizational contract and regulatory requirements. Coordinates and monitorsclinical servicesfor the youth and family in the community including mental healthspecialeducational services medication management andpsychological services. Regularly reviews and modifies youth-basedplans. Establishes andmaintains strongrelationship with foster parents andfamilies of origin.Assists in family reunification and stabilizationefforts with the youths primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youths case plan.Provides safetyassessmentcrisis response and behavioral stabilization servicesas required.Minimum QualificationsA Bachelors Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. LSW or license-eligible preferred. 2 years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families preferred. A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours as needed.
