Join Our Team as a Treatment Manager (Clinical Case Manager / Licensed Therapist) New Haven Youth & Family Services Clinical Department Full-Time Exempt

Are you a passionate clinician who wants to make a real impact in the lives of youth and families? At New Haven Youth & Family Services, we're looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and driven Treatment Manager (Clinical Case Manager / Licensed Therapist) to join our clinical team.

In this role, you'll provide therapy, lead treatment planning, coordinate care, and support youth through meaningful growth and transition in a residential treatment setting. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to helping others succeed, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans (ISPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, schools, families, and county partners
• Support crisis intervention, discharge planning, and continuity of care
• Serve as a strong advocate and leader for assigned youth
• Participate in an on-call rotation for support coverage

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral science field
• Eligible to pursue licensure through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Experience working with youth and families preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid CA driver's license and ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance
• Willingness to complete and maintain the California Group Home Administrator Certification Program (GHACP) within 6 months of hire
