Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Treatment plan coach you will help clients with goals set by a Therapist. You will work as a team with Therapist and other staff. The majority of your clients will be Arizona Long term care insurance recipients. So experience working with seniors is a plus. Your clients will be located all over valley a lot of times in one facility. You must be willing to travel. If you have at least a bachelors degree in Psychology or equivalent you may also train to become a counselor.
