This physically demanding role is crucial for the success and safety of the team during tree trimming, removal, and maintenance tasks.Key Responsibilities:Assist with tree removal, pruning, and trimming operationsOperate and maintain ground equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and blowersClear brush, wood, and debris from job sitesLoad logs and branches into wood chippers or trucksEnsure the work site is safe and clean throughout and after jobsCommunicate with climbers to provide tools and support as neededUse ropes, rigging gear, and hand tools appropriatelyFollow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)Maintain and inspect tools and machinery for safe operationAssist in setting up and taking down safety signs, cones, and barricades
