Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverviewTradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Trim / Finish Carpenters for projects located in and around Oconomowoc, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $25-33/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:Perform high-quality trim and finish carpentry in multi-family residential buildings.Accurately measure, cut, and install various types of trim, including:Baseboards, Crown molding, Door and window casings, Chair rails, Stair railings and decorative trimCabinet installation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.Install doors, windows, staircases, and custom built-ins to precise specifications.Ensure all work is clean, level, plumb, and aligned to industry-leading craftsmanship standards.Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure job site safety and cleanliness.Work may also include commercial-grade hardware installationOther tasks as assignedRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in finish/trim carpentry (multi-family project experience strongly preferred).Familiarity with commercial grade hardware installation is a plusMust have a valid OSHA 10 certification prior to startingStrong background in cabinet installation and detailed finish workMust bring your own tools and PPE suitable for finish carpentryReliable transportationQualificationsTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
