As a Trip Support Specialist you will guide travelers throughout their entire experience by offering clear communication support and helpful guidance. From initial planning to post-trip follow-up you will play a crucial part in helping clients feel secure informed and excited about their travels. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming communications across email phone and chat platforms. Assist travelers with updates changes and general travel questions. Provide accurate destination requirements and documentation guidance. Follow up on travel plans send updates and gather post-trip insights. Resolve concerns quickly with empathy and professionalism.
