Competitive Base Salary Up to $200k (DOE) + Bonuses Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matching 401k, PTO Additional Benefits: Profit sharing, parental leave, objective and subjective annual bonuses Work-Life Balance Hybrid-remote Work closely with three partners in the Trusts & Estates practice group Opportunity to handle sophisticated trust and probate litigation matters for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients Job Details Assist partners primarily engaged in trust and probate litigation and trials Handle trust and probate litigation matters in California probate and civil courts Manage discovery and law and motion practice Draft and argue petitions and motions Take and defend depositions Prepare matters for hearings, trials, and related proceedings Participate in trial preparation and trial work Analyze and work with estate planning documents and trust administration procedures Interface directly with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients Work independently on litigation matters and case strategy Looking For: J.D. and licensed to practice in California. 3+ years of experience, with a focus on trust and probate litigation Experience in litigation procedures, including discovery and law and motion practice, in both California probate and civil courts Strong background in trust and probate litigation, including estate planning documents, trust administration procedures, petitions, motions, depositions, and trial preparation Proven ability or experience with independently handling litigation tasks and directly interfacing with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients Interested in hearing more?
