Job Details

We are seeking a part time Paralegal to support estate planning and probate matters on a flexible, hybrid or mostly remote basis.

Responsibilities

  • Draft estate planning documents and related client materials
  • Assist with preparation of probate documents
  • Draft and manage client emails and correspondence
  • Support attorneys with trusts and estates workflow
  • Maintain organized matter files and documentation
  • Provide flexible monthly support as firm needs grow

Qualifications

  • Prior estate planning and probate paralegal experience
  • Experience drafting estate planning documents
  • Comfortable preparing probate filings and related documents
  • Strong written communication skills for client correspondence
  • Ability to work independently in a part time contractor capacity
  • Available for approximately 25 to 35 hours per month, with potential to become full time desired
