Tube Mill Production Supervisor at Teksky

Responsibilities: Training planning assigning and directing work in a manufacturing environment All aspects of plant performance and will ensure that objectives are obtained in a cost-effective manner thats consistent with the quality requirements for products Work hands-on with other supervisors as well as production employees to assist in meeting our production requirements Maintain a clean and safe work environment Continuous improvement of tube mill operation and employees Other duties as assigned Requirements: Proven track record of having strong Leadership Skills Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a production environment Prior experience in the steel industry (required); Tube Mill experience (preferred) Work in a fast paced environment and work overtime as needed Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills Computer literacy Quality audit experience (preferred) Key Skills Lean Manufacturing,Continuous Improvement,Food Industry,Lean,Packaging,5S,Computer Literacy,Food Processing,Kaizen,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience,Manufacturing Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
