This person will report directly to the School Principal and Deputy Chief of Operations & Enrollment at IMSs Central Office. This position is full-time and works 12 months out of the year.The Admissions/Tuition Manager:Provides a high-quality level of customer service to current and prospective familiesHandles all enrollment and tuition responsibilities for the schoolFollows up on inquiry calls and marketing leads. Keeps detail records of all prospects and ensure school staff is doing sameConducts outreach and develops relationships with local day cares churches and outreach programs to gain referralsTakes inquiry calls regarding admissionsSets up appointments with prospects. Meet with prospects give tour and complete necessary paperworkAssists with on-line financial aid processAttends and/or coordinates Open Houses and school fairsReviews tuition aging reports and follow up with those that are late. Make collection phone calls send correspondence and follow upWorks closely with Deputy Chief of Operations Enrollment and Senior Manager of Tuition Management to ensure all reports are completed in a timely mannerWorks with Principal to resolve issuesAttends parent/family meetings as directedFollows up as needed to ensure all Scholarship paperwork is completed and submitted by deadlinesImports Financial Aid Applications to tuition management system as neededEnsures exit surveys are completed when students withdrawProvides other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School Diploma (required); College (preferred)Access to reliable transportation (required)Customer Service Experience (preferred)Clearances on all required background checks (required)Other Pertinent InformationHours: Full-time (40 hrs/week) plus some evenings or weekends to attend events as needed7:30-3:30 (approximately 20% of time will be outside of core hours and/or away from the school building)EOE: IMS is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and celebrates staff diversity.
