Tumbler/Degreaser - 2nd Shift at Award Staffing

About the Opportunity:• Job Title: Tumbler/Degreaser• Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.00/Hour• Location: Minneapolis, MN• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:30PM-Midnight.• Position Type: Temp to HireRequirements and Qualifications:1. High school diploma or GED preferred.2. Experience in the metal stamping industry.3. Two (2) years of manufacturing experience.4. Read, understand, and follow all policies, processes, and procedures.5. Strong command of the English language, including verbal and written communications.6. Proficient with basic computer skills.7. Lift up to 50 pounds.8. Standing for long durations of time.9. Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.10. Loud work environment.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Perform timely tumbling, degreasing, cleaning, and de-slugging of parts according to established specifications.2. Apply proper processes, media, solutions, equipment, and compounds based on part requirements.3. Clean, fill, and maintain process solutions, equipment, and tanks, including performing minor lubrication as needed.4. Interpret engineering drawings and routers; use basic math and handheld measuring tools to verify part conformity.5. Follow all company policies, processes, and safety procedures consistently.6. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.7. Use basic computer programs and data entry tools as required for daily tasks.8. Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform job duties while standing for extended periods.9. Use hands and fingers to safely operate a variety of hand tools.10.
