Responsibilities Perform setup, operation, and maintenance of Amada turret systems to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with turret machinery and implement effective solutions.Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Assist in training new technicians and share knowledge with team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.Proven experience as a turret technician or in a similar role.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with turret systems and related machinery.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Commitment to safety and quality standards.
