Staffmark is looking for a Grinder Operator to support roll grinding operations in a manufacturing environment. Pay: Starting at $17/hour (Depending on experience) Shifts: Must be available for either day or night shift (set schedule to be discussed) What You'll Do: Set up and operate grinder machines for roll finishing Use overhead cranes and proper rigging techniques to load/unload rolls Follow grinding procedures using CNC controls and multiple grit belts Inspect rolls for quality-check diameter, hardness, crown, and alignment Maintain accurate documentation and keep equipment clean and in working order Stage next jobs and assist with basic machine maintenance as needed What You'll Need: Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Ability to read a tape measure and use precision measuring tools Experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as needed Why You'll Love This Job:We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
