Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.Preferred Qualifications: Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification. Medical Degree - M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent. Board certified in the appropriate subspecialty. Completion of an accredited residency program.
