Qualifications Proven experience in underwriting, preferably within the insurance industry. Possess 4-year college degree in BS/BA and/or has property and casualty commercial insurance experience Strong skills in report writing and analysis, with an emphasis on quantitative research. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis and reporting. A solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies and underwriting guidelines. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
