Job Description

The Unit Chief of Cashiers is a valuable member of the Administration Division who is responsible for the following: the day-to-day activities of the Cashiers Office the duties of the Agencys Travel Coordinator fund Custodian Account Custodian all deposits (cash and checks) made by the Cashiers Office and processes employees cash reimbursements invoices under $250.00 daily petty cash count to staff/enquires at the Cashiers window credit card purchasesCLERICAL ASSOCIATE - 10251Qualifications : Qualification Requirements A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a States department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and one year of satisfactory clerical experience.
