About the Role:

As a Unit Manager LPN/RN, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our unit, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient manner. Your duties will include:

• Leading and Developing a Team: You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of LPNs and RNs, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.

• Clinical Decision Making: You will use your expert clinical judgment to make informed decisions about patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible outcomes.

• Medication Management: You will be responsible for managing medications and treatments, ensuring that our patients receive the right medications at the right time.

• Quality Improvement: You will identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years of experience as a Unit Manager LPN/RN or related experience in a healthcare setting
