Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Creating orders with a friendly and professional attitude, respecting people and place Preparing food made to order to ensure serving hot/fresh quality products with attention to detail that ensures accuracy and timeliness Must be agile and willing to work all kitchen duties and functions including but not limited to prep, cold station, fry, grill, sauté, cleaning, packaging and presentation Meeting or exceeding speed of service standards Keep the kitchen counters/ floors/ back line /smallwares/ coolers clean following proper hygiene standards Always follow all food and personal safety procedures including personal safety equipment (PSE)Replenish and rotate supplies every shift as neededArrive for work on time on scheduled workdays Be dressed and ready to work, ensuring hygiene and appearance adheres to the companies uniform guidelinesUtilize operating equipment as assigned, and only for the designated purpose of the equipment
