Department:OrientationPosition Summary:GO! Leaders assist in welcoming and assisting new students and families in making the transition to Jacksonville State University. GO! Team members are trained to handle all the needs of new students and are the customer service representatives of the University.GO! Leaders are selected by an extensive application and review process.Essential Functions:are knowledgeable of general University policy and procedure.are knowledgeable of all student services and programs on campus.are knowledgeable of student transition to university life.are able and willing to work with a diversified group of students faculty staff and the general JSU community.Adheres to all department and University policies and procedures.Duties & Responsibilities:Work closely with a diversified group of students faculty staff and the general JSU community.Assist families and new students in transitioning to life at Jacksonville State University.Provide Excellent Customer Service to staff faculty students and their families.Additional duties as required by the department.Minimum Qualifications:Applicants must be enrolled as a JSU student taking at least three (3) hours per fall or spring semester.
