UNIX System Administrator at Anvaya Solutions

1 YEAR ROLE. 100% REMOTE. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS AS NEEDED.Mandatory RequirementsMust have minimum five (5) years experience with server infrastructure in an Enterprise level environment.Must have minimum five (5) years experience with IBM AIX in an Enterprise level environment.Must have minimum five (5) years experience with building patching and administering AIX PowerHA HMC VIOS & Managed Systems.Must have experience with troubleshooting of AIX based environment.Must have experience with IBM PowerVM virtualization environment (AIX).Must have experience with system build processes and procedures in a virtualized environment.Must have experience with monitoring capabilities to assist in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance in a UNIX based environment.Must have experience with hardening Operating Systems to meet information security standards.Desirable QualificationsExperience with shell scripting/programming.Experience with IBM Big Fix Patch Management.Experience with IBM Tivoli Monitoring.Experience with Ansible.Experience with physical server hardware break/fix.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to AIX PowerHA HMC VIOS & Managed Systems.Experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux in an enterprise environment.Applications that do not complete the Prescreen Survey will not be considered.Anvaya Solutions Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
