Thats real connection.Team MemberRole OverviewAs aCommunity Support Specialist,you'll provide personalized assistance to individuals in both home and community environments. Your focus will be on empowering participants, promoting safety and dignity, and supporting meaningful goals.Core Responsibilities:Deliver scheduled support services within homes and local communitiesPrioritize each individuals safety, well-being, and rightsHelp track progress by observing and recording dataComplete documentation and timesheets accurately and promptlyWork collaboratively with team members and participate in meetingsFollow all organizational guidelines and proceduresWhat We Offer:Training Provided:No experience?
