Upstream Bioprocess Scientist at Eurofins

We are seeking an Upstream Bioprocess Scientist to join a dynamic team focused on developing and optimizing mammalian cell culture processes for recombinant proteins and biologics supporting early- and late-phase clinical trials.In this role you will:Execute mammalian cell culture experiments using shake flasks bench-top bioreactors and scale-down models.Develop robust scalable and high-productivity upstream processes that meet product quality requirements for therapeutic proteins.Collaborate with clinical manufacturing teams to ensure accurate technology transfer and successful large-scale production.Maintain high-quality documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.Contribute to safe efficient and continuous improvement of lab operations.Qualifications : Education:Bachelors degree with 25 years of relevant experience ORMasters degree with 02 years of relevant experienceField of study: Biotechnology Microbiology Cell Biology Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or related discipline.Strong aseptic technique (required)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailClear and effective oral and written communicationCollaborative team-oriented mindsetMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional Information : What to Expect in the Hiring Process: 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader45-60 Minute In-Person Meeting to Meet the Team Additional Details: This is a full-time onsite position based on a first-shift schedule Monday through Friday with overtime required as needed.
