Employee Responsibilities:Technical support of bioreactor operationsResponsible for the execution of bench scale bioreactor processesPerform aseptic expansion of mammalian cell culture and routine analytical procedures on cell culture samplesResponsible for daily monitoring of the bioreactor and keeping thorough record of cell culture parameters and results into data sheets and/or electronic note booksResponsible for data integrity and accuracyQualifications : Basic Minimum Qualifications:BS in a science-related field and 1-2 years of experience ORMS in a science-related field with 0-1 years of experience is a Experience with fermentation and 20L bioreactors requiredUnderstanding of cell culture parameters in general (cell growth rate cell density viability metabolites consumption and waste production)Strong attention to detail and organization Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional Information : This position is Full-Time Monday through Friday 8a.m. to 5 p.m with overtime as needed.
