Northwest Urgent Care, a part of Northwest Texas Healthcare System, is actively recruiting APPs for a FT or PT position. Join our collegial team in our recently-opened, modern urgent care facility in southwest Amarillo. Position highlights:Board Certified Nurse Practitioner Active, clear Texas licenseEmployed positionPrior experience in urgent care or walk-in setting preferredAbility to be the sole provider onsiteAbility to manage high patient volumes associated with UC settingProficiency in common UC procedures including suturing, splinting, I&D, and FBR preferredExperience reading EKGs and X-rays preferredSpanish-speaking is a plusCompetitive salary and full employed benefits packageNorthwest Texas Healthcare System is a tertiary care facility and teaching hospital known throughout the region for cardiac, stroke, emergency, and children’s services.
