Medical Director (Urgent Care) - Sussex County, DE Job Type: Full-Time 75% Clinical, 25% AdministrativeSchedule: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Mon - Fri)Position Summary:A growing multi-specialty outpatient healthcare group in Sussex County, DE is seeking a Medical Director to lead its Urgent Care division. The ideal candidate will oversee and direct the work of physicians, APPs, and medical assistants, while helping shape clinical protocols, improve quality metrics, and support team performance.
