Urgent Need Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)Pay: 65-70.00 HourSchedule:MondayFriday 8 AM5 PM No weekendsTypically 40 hrs/week; may be sent home if work is completed early.No overtime.Position Summary:The SLP evaluates and treats residents/patients with speech language swallowing hearing and cognitive disorders in accordance with physician orders and state/federal guidelines.Essential Functions:Evaluate residents/patients and develop individualized care plans.Provide direct treatment based on physician-directed plans of care.Administer and interpret speech language and hearing assessments.Educate residents/patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.Maintain accurate and timely documentation.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a skilled nursing/sub-acute setting.Uphold HIPAA standards and maintain consistent attendance.Other Duties:Track progress update goals and communicate with families/guardians.Complete evaluations daily notes and weekly summaries.Perform additional tasks as assigned.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Speech Language Pathology.Active Arizona SLP license.New graduates encouraged to apply.Apply Today : Key Skills Mac Os,Helpdesk,Fitness,E Learning,AC Maintenance,Arabic Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
