Weekend Caregiver Opportunity

Home Matters Caregiving is urgently hiring a compassionate, reliable Weekend Caregiver for a client in Stamford, CT. This is a part-time weekend morning role providing essential in-home support and companionship.

Schedule (Immediate Need)

• Saturday: 2 hours (morning)
• Sunday: 2 hours (morning)
• Location: Stamford, CT
• Start: ASAP / This weekend

What You'll Do

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote well-being
• Monitor and observe for changes in condition and report concerns per care plan
• Assist with meal prep and feeding support as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment with light housekeeping and sanitation tasks
• Document care/observations and communicate with the office/team as required

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, long-term care, etc.)
• Comfortable supporting seniors and/or clients
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
