Salary Transparency:

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Base Salary Range: between $350,000 - $380,000 annually

Chesapeake Urology (CUA) is the largest urology practice in Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic region, with over 90 physicians and 25+ advanced practice providers. They offer comprehensive urologic care with access to super specialists, cutting-edge diagnostic tools, advanced treatments, and the latest clinical trials. CUA is known for its pioneering use of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), allowing urologists to perform 90% of procedures in outpatient settings for enhanced efficiency and patient care.
