The Role

• As U.S. CEO, you will have full responsibility for the agency's commercial performance, client leadership, culture, and long-term growth strategy across the region.
• You will partner closely with the global executive team while leading an established U.S. leadership group, serving as the face of the business for clients, employees, and the wider industry.
• This is a highly external role requiring an accomplished business builder who enjoys developing executive relationships, winning transformational client opportunities, and positioning an agency at the forefront of an evolving communications landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and commercial direction of the U.S. business.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and overall business performance.
• Build and expand relationships with senior client leaders across the technology ecosystem.
• Personally lead significant new business opportunities and enterprise-level pitches.
• Champion integrated client solutions spanning corporate communications, executive visibility, reputation, digital, and marketing.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team while fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
• Represent the agency across the communications, marketing, and technology industries.

Ideal Background

You are likely a CEO, President, Managing Director, Regional CEO, or senior agency executive with a proven record of leading high-performing communications businesses.

You will bring:

• Significant P&L leadership experience.
• A history of delivering sustained organic growth.
• Exceptional new business and client development credentials.
• Deep relationships across enterprise technology, software, AI, cybersecurity, venture-backed companies, and innovation-led brands.
• Experience leading complex client organizations through periods of growth and transformation.
• The credibility and presence to engage confidently with CEOs, CMOs, Chief Communications Officers, investors, and boards.
