Role SummaryWith extremely successful launch of Vyndaqel/Vyndamax for the treatment of patients with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) Pfizer cemented its position as a global leader in the field of ATTR-amyloidosis. Vyndamax/Vyndaqel represents US Commercial priority brands the anchor brand for the Specialty Care.The Rare Cardiac Strategy role offers full US scope and is responsible for developing and executing business-critical deliverables including quarterly earnings preparation strategic and tactical planning and generating actionable insights for senior leadership. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams serve as the commercial point of accountability and guide brand performance to maximize commercial success. The ideal candidate is passionate about rare diseases brings strong pharmaceutical marketing expertise and thrives in a fast-paced patient-focused environment.This role reports to the Vice President Rare Cardiac.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESProvide strategic leadership in the development and execution of all business-critical deliverables including but not limited to:Quarterly earnings preparation and communication to senior leadershipStrategic planning and operating planTactical plan development execution and communicationDevelopment of strategic insights in preparation for monthly Air Traffic Control (ATC) discussions with senior leadershipDeveloping Vyndamax brand goals and performance metrics (in collaboration with TA VP and CFC Leadership) in the BAT frameworkLead monthly Air Traffic Control (ATC) in front of the SC leadership team and other XFT leaders LT-1Serve as single commercial point of accountability across a variety of data spheres (targeting adherence ROI etc.) collaborating with key stakeholders on the team to support brand imperatives.Provide brand-specific guidance to cross-functional partners (e.g. Finance ISE Commercial Effectiveness Strategy & Consulting etc.) on brand performance needs.Critically assess brand marketing performance across the entire marketing funnel and offer solutions to maximize investment mixInform marketing investment tradeoff decisions at in a clear cadence and based on MROI performance metrics (partnering with Functional Leads CMO and Finance)Working collaboratively with and provide brand-specific guidance to cross-functional partners (eg Finance IIS Commercial Effectiveness Strategy & Consulting etc.) on brand performance needsPartner across the Rare Cardiac Leadership team on all Vynda Village communications ensuring consistent messaging alignment with business objectives and effective engagement across all stakeholdersBe a team player be patient-obsessed and focused on Pfizer values: Courage Excellence Equity and Joy by fostering innovation customer focus personal accountability and a commitment for results.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Rare Disease experience requiredUS experience required8 years of experience in industry MarketingBachelors degree requiredAbility to quickly grasp and commercialize complex clinical data and the methodology behind its developmentAbility to work with and manage external stakeholders and organizations and societies as part of cross functional PFE teamAbility to lead and work as part of internal and external Alliances and a large matrixed teamDemonstrated initiative strong problem solving decision making and leadership skillsStrong strategic skills with the ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical executable level.Strong business acumen & negotiation skills and ability to effectively lead and influence a cross functional/indirect teamAbility to work on multiple projects and prioritize/multi-task effectivelyStrong project management skillsPharmaceutical marketing experience and strong knowledge of the US healthcare market requiredDemonstrated expertise and success in developing and executing strategic and tactical plansStrong analytical skills; detail and action-orientedCreative and agile learnerStrong written verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively both one-on-one and in groupsExperience representing opportunities and brand plans to senior leadership.Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMBA or MPH preferredSpecialty experience preferredWork Location Assignment:HybridOther Job Details:Last day to apply: December 17 2025The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169700.00 to $282900.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
