Acting as the primary liaison between production operations logistics labs and suppliers this role is crucial to Lubrizols Americas Logistics organization. The Scheduler collaborates closely with customer experience and inventory teams to guarantee timely shipments and high customer satisfaction. This position offers broad exposure to Lubrizols products customers and supply chain providing opportunities for professional growth and increased organizational value.What Were Looking For:Plan and schedule production activities to meet internal and external demand using SAPManage inventory levels of raw materials and intermediates to targeted coverage goalsOrder replenish and transfer raw materials as needed for production and warehouse locationsCoordinate with production warehousing logistics customer service and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillmentExpedite orders and troubleshoot planning issues as priorities dictateCommunicate schedule changes and inventory status to relevant stakeholdersComplete month-end inventory reconciliations and support transportation planning for facilitiesReview and process stock transfers between plants and respond to customer and internal requestsAttend production and shutdown meetings and provide advice to supply chain managementAssist with standardization and setup of new systems or facilities as requiredProvide backup support to other planners and perform other duties as assignedSkills That Make a Difference:At least 5 years of professional supply chain experience including production scheduling inventory planning/management and working with MRP/ERP systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and functionsExcellent organizational prioritization and multitasking abilities to manage multiple complex tasks efficientlyDemonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills including investigating issues summarizing findings and offering creative solutionsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)Reliable attendance recordBachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Logistics or a related field (preferred)Experience with SAP S4/HANA (preferred)Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response (preferred)Perks and Rewards That Inspire:Competitive salary with performance-based bonus plans401K Match plus Age Weighted Defined ContributionComprehensive medical dental & vision offeringsHealth Savings AccountPaid Holidays Vacation and Parental LeaveFlexible work environmentLearn more atReady for your next career step Apply today and lets shape the future together!Its an exciting time to be part of Lubrizol.Lubrizol is not staying put.
