The ideal candidate has experience with buffing and preferably stripping and waxing floors. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for steady hours, growth, and leadership for the right person.Key Responsibilities:Operate floor machines for buffing various commercial floor surfacesPerform stripping and waxing of floors (preferred but not required)Sweep, mop, and prep floors before treatmentMaintain and clean floor equipmentFollow proper safety protocols and site proceduresWork independently or with a team to complete nightly or scheduled floor jobsTravel to job sites throughout the Acadiana areaRequirements:Floor buffing experience requiredStripping and waxing experience preferredReliable transportation with valid drivers licenseMust pass a background check and drug screeningAbility to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work on your feetDependable, hard-working, and detail-orientedMust be available for flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends if neededWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay based on experienceConsistent full-time schedulePaid training (if needed)Friendly, professional team environmentOpportunities to grow with a local, expanding company
