This senior role is ideal for a driven sales leader with deep knowledge of the U.S. market across various market segments (FECs LBEs Amusement Parks and more) and a strong track record of delivering sales.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and New Business DevelopmentLead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals.Build strong relationships with key prospects accounts partners and industry stakeholders.Experienced at selling complex standard and custom attractions to multiple stakeholders.Represent the company at trade shows conferences and strategic industry events.Sales Execution & Market ExpansionDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and accelerate revenue across the U.S.Identify growth opportunities emerging markets and key customer segments.Establish sales targets KPIs and performance metrics aligned with company objectives.Forecasting & ReportingDeliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform leadership decisions.Ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy across the team.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field (MBA a plus).8 years of sales experience.Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving market expansion.Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills.Excellent understanding of the U.S. sales landscape entertainment.Ability to travel frequently across the region (up to 50%).Personal AttributesProven track record in delivering sales results and closing deals.Resilient entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach.Ability to thrive in a fast-moving growth-stage environment.Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.What We OfferCompetitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to shape our U.S. growth strategy in a pivotal leadership role.Collaborative innovative and supportive work environment.Benefits package including health coverage retirement plan options and paid time off.Required Experience:Director Key Skills Sales Experience,Nursing Home Experience,Management Experience,Profit & Loss,Workers' Compensation Law,Strategic Planning,Team Management,Budgeting,Leadership Experience,Memory Care,Public Speaking,Supervising Experience Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
