About the team: Walmart Creative serves as the in-house agency driving innovative and distinctive creative solutions that support business goals and maintain Walmart’s leading brand presence. The team focuses on customer experience across all channels and campaigns, delivering insight-driven strategies and integrated creative executions. Emphasizing collaboration, adaptability, and strategic thinking, the team develops creative work that resonates and engages. Team members contribute to advancing the brand through creative content and design systems, working closely with marketing and external partners to ensure alignment and impact. The team values continuous learning, creativity, and delivering measurable results. What you'll do:Creative brief development for campaigns spanning the entire marketing funnelCollaboration with creative teams throughout the creative process from brief, to concepting, and into production  Distillation of key learnings from qualitative and quantitative research, and past campaign performance in partnership with the Consumer Insights teamDevelopment of audience-first communications plans that align messages, media, and audiences across paid, owned, earned, and shared.Establish strong, collaborative, trusting relationships across Walmart Creative  and our partners.Challenge the status quo in the spirit of delivering creative that drives connection and action.Be relentlessly curious. Re-frame existing challenges in a new light that creates whitespace for ideas and activations.What you'll bring:7+ years of Creative Strategy and Comms Planning experience at an in-house or external creative agencyProven track record of articulating clear and compelling customer insights in tight creative briefsExperience working closely with creative teams from briefing, conception and into productionSkilled researcher and analyst comfortable with a variety of quantitative and qualitative inputs and identifying what is most relevantPossess a keen understanding of how to connect business goals and brand objectives to clear KPIsDeep understanding of and experience with the media landscapeExcellent deck/narrative building and presentation skills to educate, influence buy-in, and sell through ideas At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
